Shipping from Sydney, Australia
All orders ship worldwide from my studio in Sydney, Australia.
Processing Time: 2-4 business days
Packaging: Each print is carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy protective tube to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Tracking: You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Estimates:
- Australia: 3-7 business days
- New Zealand & Asia-Pacific: 7-14 business days
- North America & Europe: 10-21 business days
- Rest of World: 14-28 business days
International Orders: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes in your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Personal Touch: Every order includes a handwritten note and a blank gift card printed on the same museum-quality paper as your print.
Damaged Items: If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Returns: For change-of-mind returns, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
