Sometimes, selling online has its challenges.
One I always struggled with was communicating about quality.
Quality if a very subjective notion to begin with.
Then, when judging from the other side of the screen, it's very hard to form an opinion, and last, many other vendors on the Internet don't really care about that, so much that people have built some sort of resistance to claims of quality.

My customers are always delighted.
Like always, always: I never ever had a single unhappy customer.
